La Fgl-Zuma Castelfranco Pisa non sbaglia e conquista il terzo successivo consecutivo che tanto vale nella corsa alla salvezza. Nell’anticipo delle ore 15, al PalaParenti la squadra di coach Marco Bracci ottiene il massimo risultato battendo 3-1 (25/23-19/25-25/21-25/12) la Resinglass Olbia. Un’affermazione importante per le toscane che devono rinunciare all’infortunata Colzi, ben rimpiazzata da Fava, e che trovano nella schiacciatrice Salinas un’autentica spina nel fianco per le avversarie. L’argentina, con i suoi 24 punti fatti registrare a referto, è la miglior realizzatrice del match e mvp dell’incontro. Ma una volta in più è la forza del gruppo a fare la differenza, con Zuccarelli e compagne che si compattano nelle difficoltà, superandole, come accaduto dopo il secondo set perso. La squadra ha trovato subito la reazione nella terza frazione e ha legittimato la vittoria con uno straordinario quarto parziale. Tra le fila sarde non sono stati sufficienti gli 11 punti di Korhonen e Partenio, migliori realizzatrici della squadra, per tenere testa alla formazione di casa. Per Castelfranco Pisa si tratta di altri tre punti pesantissimi in una lotta per la permanenza nella categoria che non ammette distrazioni. Prossimo appuntamento domenica, alle ore 17, in casa della Tecnoteam Albese Volley Como.

Siamo molto contente del risultato, per ottenere la salvezza vincere è fondamentale in queste poche partite che restano. Siamo state brave a reagire dopo il secondo set che Olbia ha fatto suo, ci teniamo stretti questi tre punti e ora pensiamo alla prossima gara

Partiamo col dire che oggi volevamo regalarci una prestazione convincente anche lontani dalle mura amiche. Ci è riuscito solo parzialmente. Il primo set è stato condizionato dalla prima parte in cui abbiamo regalato troppo con l'attacco. Siamo riusciti ad uscirne e fino alla metà del terzo abbiamo giocato una discreta gara fino a quando, andati in difficoltà su un break, abbiamo perso fiducia e lucidità sui sistemi di squadra, spianando la strada all'avversario che invece ha fatto una gara lucida e ci è stato superiore. Abbiamo provato a trovare qualche soluzione dalla panchina ma purtroppo siamo diventati troppo rinunciatari in difesa e chi è entrato, anche dando il suo apporto, non è riuscito a invertire l'inerzia del match. Un passo avanti rispetto ad altre gare in trasferta ma troppo poco per portare a casa il risultato.
